1. Donor Vehicle

  • Targeted worldwide search for the best possible vehicle

  • Selection based on customer requirements, not availability

  • Coordination with the customer

  • Transport to Friedrichshafen

 

 

2. Analysis & Disassembly

  • Overall vehicle analysis

  • Complete disassembly of the vehicle

  • Each component separated, identified, and individually assessed

  • Decisions made only after full understanding of the vehicle

 

 

3. Foundation & Structure

  • Complete digital measurement of the vehicle

  • Components sourced, procured, or reproduced

  • Structural metalwork carried out according to customer requirements

  • All modifications completed before moving to the next stage

 

 

4. Corrosion Protection

  • Complete chemical stripping of the body shell

  • Removal of all legacy materials such as rust, underbody coatings, fillers, and paint

  • Full KTL coating of the body and metal components

 

 

5. Preparation (Raw Assembly)

  • Complete assembly on the unpainted vehicle

  • Inspection of all drillings, threads, mounts, and fitments

  • Definition and adjustment of all open points

  • Subsequent complete disassembly back to raw condition

 

 

6. Mechanical Systems

  • Engines, gearboxes, and axles fully disassembled

  • Machining, revision, or modernization as required

  • Testing and approval in-house or by project partners

 

 

7. Electrical Systems

  • New vehicle-specific wiring harness

  • Modern fuse and relay systems

  • Completed before any cosmetic work begins

8. Paint

  • Paint process according to the latest standards

  • Exclusively Glasurit paint systems

  • Maximum corrosion protection and surface quality

  • High-gloss or matte finish according to customer preference

 

 

9. Assembly

  • Final assembly after completion of all preparatory work

 

 

10. Interior

  • All leather handcrafted, not industrially produced

  • Material selection and specification with the customer

  • Consistent execution according to customer requirements

 

 

11. Suspension

  • Suspension systems according to customer requirements

  • Development and production in cooperation with KW Automotive GmbH or based on their portfolio

 

 

12. Control & Testing

  • Continuous quality control throughout the entire build

  • System-wide and phase-based inspections

  • Documentation and correction of all deviations

  • Road testing and fine-tuning by us

  • Customer test drive with their own checklist

  • Return for final optimization

  • Final handover
